If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you may exchange or return it within 14 days for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Unfortunately, gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we received your item and if it is eligible for a refund. If so, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange your item, email us at email@example.com.
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
To return your product, package it in the original packaging (or something equally protective) and mail your product to: Serve Kindness, LLC 1484 Main Street, Ste 101, Waltham, MA 02451. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning undamaged items.
If you receive a refund for an item because it was defective or damaged, the cost of return shipping will be added to your refund.
